EIS for Non-Descriptive Battery Testing Using Kolibrik Potentiostat

Great news from our R&D front! 🚀 🔋
A 10% longer EV battery life — and technology ready for real-world use.

According to www.EVmagazin.cz, Kateřina Nováková from Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague has developed a novel, non-destructive diagnostic method utilizing Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (hashtagEIS). This technique allows for the precise, real-time assessment of battery degradation—even without a full usage history.

This approach can extend EV battery lifetime by up to 10% — and the team expects it could enter real-world service centers within just two years!

This collaboration is a perfect example of successful tech transfer, turning pioneering academic research into a practical, market-ready solution.
